This class includes periods of dynamic movement and stillness to create space for students to explore their own individual body and breath. About the instructor
Amy spends her days working in community health and is driven to share the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga with her neighbours. She practises yoga herself to help maintain mental and emotional balance through breath and movement, and loves to pass on these tools to her students. Her approach is gentle, allowing students to build strength and flexibility at their own individual pace. She focuses on creating an open and welcoming environment for students to explore connecting to their body, breath, mind, and heart.
