Refunds
Programs/Classes
Refunds will be issued only for programs cancelled due to low registration. Refunds are also available under some circumstances and subject to approval. In these cases, participants must reach out at least 72 hours prior to the first class. If a refund is granted, 5% of the total cost will be kept by JPRA as an admin fee. Unfortunately, processing fee charges incurred for online registration cannot be refunded.
PA Days
Refund requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the PA Day. Failure to do so will result in a rejection of your request. If your child is sick and cannot attend, you must inform us by 9:00 a.m. the morning of the PA Day or your refund request will be rejected. If a refund is granted, a credit in full will be placed on your child's account, or a refund to your card will be made with a 5% admin fee.
Camps
Refund requests, including deposit refund requests, must be made at least two weeks prior to the start of the week of camp for which your child is registered. Failure to do so will result in a rejection of your request. If a refund is granted, a credit in full will be placed on your child's account, or a refund to your card will be made with a 5% admin fee.
Discounts
Those 65 years and older are entitled to a 10 percent discount on all JPRA programs.
Prorated Rates
Prorated rates are only offered to participants who miss a minimum of 25% of the session's classes (ex: 3 of 12 classes). Participants must contact JPRA before registering to inform of future missed classes during the season. Inquiring about a prorated rate does not guarantee it. All proration is at the discretion of the JPRA staff.

Age Restrictions
JPRA programs for adults are restricted to those 18 years and older. Our children's programs are restricted to the ages of 5 to 12 years.
Program Cancellations/Changes
Programs, dates, times and fees are subject to change without notice and programs may be cancelled if minimum registration is not met.
Privacy Policy
JPRA respects the privacy of all its participants and will not release information regarding any participant to another party without permission.
Child Care Tax Receipts
JPRA will generate child care receipts for tax purposes by the 28th of February.
Harassment
Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated toward any staff, instructor, or participant. Any incident of harassment will result in the expulsion of the participant from the JPRA program without a refund.

JPRA is committed to including participants with disabilities in its programs. We will do our best to provide accommodations for all participants. Please contact us if accommodations are needed.
