Martial Arts Classes
Mini Ninjas (ages 5 & 6)
Give your child the gift of physical literacy and self confidence through the little ninja program! In this 50 minute class students ages 5-6 will learn the fundamentals of martial arts movement, coordination and flexibility in an inclusive and caring environment. Each class will include stories and talks aiming to nurture skills like cooperation, effective communication and self advocacy! (Dress for movement)
Junior Ninjas (ages 7-12)
Interested in having your child learn self defense while cultivating transferrable physical skills in a safe accepting environment? Students can expect to learn skills like striking, kicking, shoulder rolling/diving, acrobatics, breakfalls take downs and throws. Each class will contain coach's corners, a period of time devoted to learning anything from anatomy to self kindness. (Dress for movement)
