Body Blast - Core Strength
This core training class uses a mix of interval training, circuit training, sports conditions, and Tabata. You'll improve your overall fitness level and strengthen your core through endurance training, calisthenics, and strength training.

About the instructor
Peter has over 15 years as a group fitness instructor and enjoys changing things up and challenging his participants. He uses a variety of training methods with core as an ever important component. He enjoys triathlons and run events including marathons.
