Body Blast - Core Strength

This core training class uses a mix of interval training, circuit training, sports conditions, and Tabata. You'll improve your overall fitness level and strengthen your core through endurance training, calisthenics, and strength training.
  • Instructor: Peter Staniforth
  • Thursdays: Sep 21 - Dec 21 (14 weeks)
  • 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (1 hour)
  • $179 full session, $109 half session (7 weeks), $17 drop-ins

*** Maximum number of participants per week is 10. To guarantee your spot, register for the full session. Drop-ins are not guaranteed a spot if program is full.

About the instructor

Peter has over 15 years as a group fitness instructor and enjoys changing things up and challenging his participants. He uses a variety of training methods with core as an ever important component. He enjoys triathlons and run events including marathons. ​
