Body Blast - Core Strength
This core training class uses a mix of interval training, circuit training, sports conditions, and Tabata. You'll improve your overall fitness level and strengthen your core through endurance training, calisthenics, and strength training.

- Dates: Thursdays: Jan 23 - Mar 27 (10 weeks total, full session), Jan 23 - Feb 20 (5 weeks total, 1st half session), Feb 27 - Mar 27 (5 weeks total, 2nd half session)
- Time: 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (1 hour)
- Price: $139 full session, $79 half-session, $17 drop-ins

About the Instructor
Peter has over 15 years as a group fitness instructor and enjoys changing things up and challenging his participants. He uses a variety of training methods with core as an ever important component. He enjoys triathlons and run events including marathons.
