Yoga and Dance

Ballroom Dancing

You'll learn to connect to the music, as well as how to communicate with your partner. You'll be introduced to the concept of body movement and have the ability to go onto the dance floor and move confidently with your partner. You'll practice a variety of dance patterns including Jive, Cha-Cha, Rumba and the Waltz.

  • All Levels 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

 Slow Jams and Slow Flow (YOGA)

This nurturing and gentle class set to curated playlists is a place to slow down and move with intention. Giving time and space to explore poses at your own pace allows you to tune into your body, find what feels good for you, and strengthen the mind body connection. Classes will close with time spent in various yin postures to enjoy the calming benefits of a restorative practice. Come move slow, connect with your breath, and relieve stress & tension in the body.
